Complete renovation of a 1970’s
facility that included extensive site work, new
landscaping, new exterior façade including all new
windows. In addition, new mechanicals
including new HVAC, new plumbing and all new
bathrooms, along with a complete upgrade of the

Teknion- 350 Fellowship
Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ
Renovation of building was incorporated into
"Liberty Walk at East Gate", the former location of
NFL Films studio. This is the U.S. headquarters for
Teknion, a Canadian corporation specializing in the
manufacturing and sale of office furniture.
The project included the complete interior and
exterior renovation of a former warehouse facility.
Renovations included the complete demolition of the
exterior facade and incorporating glass, metal
panels, and brick into the new exterior of this
55,000 square foot facility along with a new roof.
The interior was completely renovated, including all
new mechanical and electrical systems, to be modeled
as a corporate showroom highlighting the various
furniture systems offered by Teknion including their
demountable wall systems. Site improvements

2060 Detwiler Rd,
Lansdale, PA
Renovation of 130,000 square foot former
manufacturing building and site. The building
required extensive re-design of the site
including basin installation, complete storm system,
refurbishment of existing fire lines servicing the
building, extensive re-work of grades for overall
water management, re-design of all parking, curbing,
and extensive landscaping. The building required
environmental remedial work due to the heavy use of
oils in the manufacturing process during its former
life. Demolition included existing interior,
exterior facade, and roofing. Construction of shell
and core included EIFS, glass, and pre-cast stone
facade, four new entrances with vestibules, concrete
infill work, steel reinforcing for snow loads, two
sets of new Men's and Ladies toilet facilities, new
tapered insulation and EPDM roofing system,
completely new sprinkler system, completely new HVAC
system including new roof top units and new electric
service. Additionally, due to structural issues
discovered in the demolition work, new structural
steel was installed per engineering requirements. More...
